“Laughter is the best medicine.” “Laugh, and the world laughs with you.” 2 of the popular sayings about laughter.  Scientific studies proved that laughter can give you a healthy living. At present, there is popularity arising from different laughter clubs. Once described by a yoga guru, laughter yoga is a unique routine exercise where laughter is integrated in your yoga movements. Anyone is allowed to laugh without anything happening, no jokes, and no comedies. People are there just to exercise and laugh.

True and fake laughs cannot be distinguished by our body. You can get equal benefits psychologically and physiologically. Laughter yoga is very helpful especially if you are in a group of people, replicated laughter turns into a real laughter because it is infectious. Eye contacts can make your fake laughter real. When a person laughs, her neck, facial muscles, chest and stomach works. After this laughing exercise, you will feel relaxed and rejuvenated, same feeling you have after your regular physical work out. Some of the proven effects of laughter in our body are reduce stress and lowers the risk of heart disease.

Laughter yoga should be done 3x everyday at least 15 minutes each. You should include this as a part of your lifestyle. Another benefit you can get from laughter yoga is improved immune system where it will increase the number of T cells and activities as well, Iga, IgB and complement 3 which helps our anti-bodies.

Yoga in general provides lots of good benefits to our body. That includes laughter yoga. People tend to laugh and want to laugh more and that’s what these laughter yoga centers provide.
